Living in France, Vire

As I started to teach my classes in France, there was one thing common to all the students, they are wanted to know about Jamaica. They would ask questions about Bob Marley, the weather, rastafarianism etc. To tell the truth I probably knew as little as them. Yes I am Jamaican, and I do listen to Bob Marley but I do not know about all the history. I gave the students the opportunity to listen to his music and they loved it. Being an assistant for the next several months was fun. I only worked a few hours per week and so I was able to travel to various cities. In addition there are many holidays in France, so I took advantage of each holiday. I visited places like Paris, Normandie, and Bretagne. These were some of the best moments in my life. I loved the food, the people and the beauty of France.
